Meds are Working

I think the meds are working. It’s not a perfect fix, as Matthew is not having perfect feeds every time, but the feeds are much, much better!

I compared the 23 feeds after the meds to the 23 feeds before the meds (excluding the daycare feeds). The results speak for themselves.

Bad Feeds (Rated 1-3) Before the Meds=5 After the Meds=0
So-So Feeds (Rated 4-6) Before the Meds=10 After the Meds=5
Good Feeds (Rated 7-8) Before the Meds=7 After the Meds=13
Great Feeds (Rated 9-10) Before the Meds=1 After the Meds=5

Clearly the feeds are getting better. As well, Matthew took 54.3 oz in the 23 feeds before the meds and 72.8 oz in the 23 feeds after the meds. I think we are on to something!

So we are going to continue with the meds and we do have the upper GI this week to see what’s going on inside. Hopefully we’ll continue in this positive trajectory. Thanks to everyone for the thoughts and prayers!
